The Professional Association Leadership Mentoring (PALM) Program was developed by members who want to give back to the physical therapy community in Florida by providing guidance and support to the next generation of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants by developing new leaders.

About Our Mentors
PALM Mentors volunteer their time and energy to provide guidance to physical therapists and physical therapist assistants who are interested in safeguarding their careers through active membership and have committed to being available to answer questions, give their perspective and encourage active leadership.
