FPTA Website

FPTA Weekly Update

The "Update" is distributed weekly to over 5,300 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and physical therapy students and each of the APTA components.

FPTA Mailing Labels

Prepared address mailing labels of the FPTA membership can be ordered at $0.25 per label plus tax for members and $0.50 per label plus tax for non-members. There is a minimum of $20.00 purchase on all orders. Download the Mailing Label Order Form
PLEASE NOTE: FPTA only sends the requested list in label format. We will not give the list in Excel or any other format. Mailing labels purchased through the FPTA office may be used for one mailing only and may not be duplicated without the written permission of the FPTA. Each unauthorized use of the FPTA Mailing List shall result in a $1000.00 charge. Further, FPTA reserves the right to refuse any future request for use of the FPTA Mailing List from any organization or individual who has violated the FPTA Mailing List Policy.


The publisher reserves the right to refuse publishing any advertisement at publisher's sole discretion.

FPTA and APTA is opposed, as a matter of health care policy, to arrangements under which sources of referral (including physicians) stand to profit from referring patients for physical therapy. The policy, adopted by the House of Delegates, states: “The American Physical Therapy Association opposes ... participation in services that is in any way linked to the financial gain of the referral source.” Financial Considerations in Practice (HOD 06-99-13-17).  Because of this policy, FPTA does not accept job listings for positions in a practice if any physician has a financial interest in the practice and refers patients to an employed physical therapist or to a physical therapist who supervises an employed physical therapist assistant.
