PTs in the Dominican Republic
Share |

FPTA Director of Public Relations Amy McBreen-Babb regularly visits the Dominican Republic to treat under-served patients. On the most recent trip, they treated 325 on the first day and almost 500 over the three days of their visit. They had a pharmacist, dentist, dental assistant, respiratory therapist and ARNP in addition to Amy. Plus, two PTA students attended who were amazing, spoke Spanish - which was vital - and did a wonderful job.
