Special Olympics Florida is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition. The Special Olympics offers children and adults with intellectual disabilities year-round training and competition in 30 Olympic-type summer and winter sports.

Volunteers are the backbone of the Special Olympics Florida movement. They enable Special Olympics to offer sports training and competition and provide our athletes with the opportunity to grow and showcase their skills.

The Special Olympics is successful because of YOU: The Volunteer.  Please look ahead on your calendars, look into your hearts, and donate your time and skill to this exceptional cause.
